Dispatch and Returns
Your Order
Orders placed before 4pm are generally dispatched same day, orders placed after 4pm may still be dispatched same day but this is not guaranteed and orders will be dispatched next working day.
Unless otherwise selected at checkout items are sent using Royal Mails 2nd Class Service, this is a 2-3 working day service.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Your items are sent in discreet packaging.
We do try to recycle as much of our packaging as possible so aesthethically your parcel may not be the most attractive but rest assured the contents are well packaged and discreet.
Returns
Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them.
We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us.
It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.
Safe return of the any item is the Buyer's responsibility and we would recommend using a Tracked service as we cannot authorise and process any appropriate refund without the item(s).
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods, for the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.
1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 30 days from the day you receive your order.
6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
7. Sprays, Creams, Lotions etc., are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
